Your pack order
Packages of products in stock are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
For items not in stock we will create it for you with love and care. It takes us usually 3 weeks to create any of ceramic products, what makes us (and you) zen masters in patience :-). We would also love to create it immediatelly, but clay needs its time to dry and be fired. As a return for your patience, you will receive unique piece.
Shipments
Shipping is free for majority of our products including handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. So the prices in our shop are final prices without any hidden costs. For B2B prices, please contuct us personally. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect our fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We are using more than 2 layers of protection of our ceramic products.
Returns
In case that you would like to return our products, please let us know. We would love to hear from you to avoid any unhappy custommers. We will return your money after receiving the products within 2 days.
